As a counsellor I am deeply invested in supporting clients on their individual healing journeys. I don’t take a “quick fix” approach to counselling as I believe that we are complex multi faceted beings that have unique non linear healing experiences. My approach to counselling is holistic and rooted in principles from trauma informed, somatic mind-body connection, intersectional feminist and mindfulness based approaches.

I have been through my own struggles with mental health, disordered eating healing trauma counselling was a foundational part of my healing and why I believe so much in this work.

    Finding the right fit is crucial when it comes to counselling. So I offer a free 15 minute consult call if you are interested in working with me. This is not a counselling session but it is an opportunity to ask questions, clarify whether I can support you with your goals and help you in the decision making process.

  • In Person Counselling

    A time dedicated to you and only you.

  • Virtual Counselling

    Session offered by telephone or video. Whether you don’t live local or you are more comfortable in your home virtual counselling is a great tool.
